I am SICK of this guy! I don’t understand why he won’t focus on re-building his life and leaving this woman alone. He is questioning his children about what she is doing and making them spy on her. This is terrible! The judge should have taken away his custody until the new court date. He will not learn.

A continuance by definition is a postponement. Mel requested to postpone this case until his criminal case has been decided. That way she can use the findings of that case to prepare for their child custody case.
