Well, as a supporter of Melody, I don’t see it for the Scott men because of the way that they talk to their wives. At first we thought Marsau was the only disrespectful husband as he downplayed his wife’s accomplishments and wanted to keep her in the house and tied to them children. I’ll never forget when he said Tisha has three children and he just happens to be their daddy. Then when Maurice’s wife got sick and all he cared about was how much sex he was able to get even before she got sick. I just became disgusted.

It's not crazy and it's not unusual. They have contractually agreement with Carlos & his production company. It's possibly a streaming agreement. Them airing the show doesn't mean they're involved. It could be similar to agreements with other streaming companies or productions. He might bear all rights and responsibilities and they make a certain amount for airtime. This is not unusual

That’s why the attorney should have sued CK, ITV and kingdom Reign. I get what the lawyer was trying to do, but it’s wasting time and MONEY. I don’t see how they sued without putting everyone in as a defendant the first time. Carlos gets a budget from ITV or OWN to produce shows. My take is that OWN has investigated that whole cast. They know Martell, Maurice, Marsau, LieTisha are all criminals. They know Maurices' law degree is questionable. I bet OWN will cancel this show after what happened with KeKe. I believe Winter said cast can't sue while on the show. KeKe's family can now sue Kingdom Reign & OWN for the way she was treated and portrayed on that show, which was all based on lies. KeKe had been clean for 4 years before she came on that show.

I think these CC’s and their attorneys are trying to use the negligent hiring clause. Unfortunately IMO it’s a stretch, but attorneys will add whatever they feel can stick. I don’t feel it’s a winner though because Maurice’s actions are outside the scope of his employment. However, Teresa Guidice was sued for the table turning incident and the case was settled. Abby Lee Miller was sued for allegedly promoting fights and adultery on her show. The judge found the suit insubstantial and frivolous and dismissed the case.

While LAMH may be paid by Kingdom Reign Productions, I believe OWN pays Carlos King who is deemed an employee of OWN network. Maurice stated in the video that he spoke to Carlos about taking action and proceeded to commit these alledged crimes against the CC. They may not pay Maurice directly or told Maurice to attack CC but OWN is apart of this thanks to their affiliation to Carlos.

Own could have a agreement with CK to air his shows that excludes them & holds them harmless from all production & production related issues. I’ve tried to explain this. I understand why viewers rope in the network, but they are not our employers. LAMH is paid from a different production company. The pay works like this: Network 👉🏽 Production company 👉🏽 Casts. Essentially the production foots the bill for producing the show & then sells the show to the network.
