I think Ari is butt hurt that after all that boasting and thinking that she had Martell has finally sunk in that it's a No you don't have him and never will. SEX will never keep a man because it get mundane like anything else, then add a baby to the mix with all those duties...Girrl. Unfortunately, all Ari did was recreate her same story that she had with Tori, Paris' daddy. She didn't learn anything from 10 years ago. She let the glitz and glamor get in the way and make her think that she had finally hit pay dirt. Do we really know who Melody is now rubbing shoulders with? I think Melody is on to bigger and better things that LAMH and followers are not aware of. With that being said, she can do what she wants and I think ultimately she will be okay. Melody is too savvy to not protect her brand. It definitely was a trick question. Because I think everyone is saying that Melody has no moral obligation to anyone on that show and she doesn't. Mel has made it VERY clear she doesn't want a friendship with Tisha and therefore she had zero moral obligation to consider her feelings. I'm going to invite who I want to where I want and I owe no one a moral explanation. Period. People who do not like Melody will not like Melody no matter what she does. There are consequences to every action, good or bad. And no party is "necessary". To compare Melody inviting Keke to her party to the actions of Martell & Arrione is asinine. The points in the comments is not so much the "do what you want root do stance". The point is her actions did not cross any moral codes as people are attempting to insinuate. The claim is that she invited Tisha cousin, when in fact she, Melody invited her friend who she knew BEFORE she knew Tisha. The other claim is she invited Keke to get back at Tisha, when in fact She has always invited Keke. The invitation WAS NOT outside the norm and therefore Kimmi's assessment was off and she does pick sides. Let's not forget Kimmi's behavior in season one. She was just as aggressive against Melody as Tisha. Honestly, the question that should be asked why KeKe felt that she couldn't go to Mel's events during the times when Tisha and Mel were cool! KeKe showed receipts. Melody is not Jesus Christ. Keke is her friend. She has been denying Mel's invitation for years because Tisha is insecure. Tisha wants to control friendships. I think the idea to integrate KeKe into the cast was made. Tisha is slighted by every move and word from Mel. Which is manipulative. First, we need to accept this is a reality show and Melody is a producer. This season is highly produced as the Holts' divorce drama has concluded and the show attempts to develop the other characters. Melody's approach this season is to dispell the lies told at the reunion and expose the alliances which formed as a result of some people being forced to share more of their lives in order to remain on the show (Destiny). In my opinion Melody has every right to hold everyone's feet to the fire because her story created a successful show. Martell is the human wrecking ball, yet Tisha insists that her problem originates with Melody while Marsau considers working with him again. When Tisha asked Martell if he was there to see Marsau cheating, Martell said yes and Maurice immediately jumped in to deflect and diffuse. Should she have invited Keke? It was necessary in order to dispell Latisha's assertion that Melody tried to ruin her marriage and Keke confirmed the Scott's had marital problems related to Marsau's cheating before the show started filming. Remember that Marsau and Latisha tried to avoid talking about the state of their marriage by showing up late to the reunion in order for Melody and Martell to do the reunion heavy lifting. Maurice and Kimmie also hide behind the Holts' drama.

Conflict bothers me when my goal in life is to live as peaceful as possible. It bothers her (I believe) to a certain degree, because she is a beautiful person, and it is not always possible to be at peace with everybody. It hurts when people are constantly looking for ways to insult and degrade you but you are judged differently. I think she values your wisdom and your input and maybe feels perhaps this wasn't the best way to approach this "for me." As a point of learning, we must all be mindful of our actions so that they are truly in alignment with our purpose. As it relates to the show, I wonder if one of the veins in Melody’s story line is her navigation out of old relationships, in which case the party may have accomplished her short term goal of meeting her entertainment quota for the show. That said, I would love to see all these women positively and graciously move forward in all ways.

I was thinking the same thing contractually. I think it had to happen. She has closed that chapter. And forging ahead with the next chapter.And when she leaves they will still be talking about her. I think KeKe and Melody have been walking on eggshells with Latisha for years in order to avoid this kind of reaction. I now believe that they both have come to the conclusion to No longer allow Latisha to dictate their relationship. Just like Kimmi had to do when pressured to build a home next door to hers. How is it that Destiny can chastise Melody on her wanting her not to friends with certain people while Latisha Interferes with Melody/Destiny/Keke’s as we now know more about. KeKe and Mel’s friendship is not new. Its been hidden because of Latisha. If you have been friends with someone for years (Mel/KeKe) and that friends cousin (Latisha) joins the group and later have a fallout with the cousins friend (Mel) the friends (Mel/KEKE) who hold a longer friendship must now leave in order to show loyalty to the cousin (Latisha). Again, Latisha’s insecurity is dictating how KeKe behaves along with many associated with her. Her jealousy and envy towards Melody affects those friendships around them. Although it’s unfortunate, Melody can not make choices based on what anyone thinks or feel. Especially, if the person cares nothing about her. Kimmi had to somewhat relent to Latisha’s passive aggressive demands to make her feel good like Keke has done in the past. This is not productive or healthy for any of these ladies. Latisha’s ridiculous and peace will never happen if based around others perception on how you roll or who you roll with.

Mel has every right to protect her integrity, and not compromise her values and principles. Inviting Tisha and Destiny would mean that she would have to be fake with herself, knowing Tisha don't like her. You can't be a people pleaser just to keep the piece because now you are not being tru to yourself. I think this was more about Mel proving that there were issues and rumors with Tisha and Marsau’s marriage prior to the show which Keke said was true. What is crazy to me is how EVERYONE “thinks” that Melody should be held to a higher standard and more accountable than ANYONE else! She is not God! She is not perfect as zero humans are! Melody inviting KeKe to her party is not in the same instance or context as adultery, cheating and intentionally harming another. She can still invite whoever she wants to her house. No one put a gun to her head to attend this one, she could have declined. Action do cause reactions… the comments, energy, and actions at the reunion is what fuels many of the actions and filming in this season… Keke’s issues with Tisha began before the party; Melody’s issues with Tisha & Destiny started before the party; Stormi’s issues with Tiffany started before the party; I believe one of the expected outcomes from having Keke conversations at the party was to establish the fact that the rumors about issues in Tisha’s marriage did not start with Melody. At the end of the day this is a reality show. If no one wants drama no one should be on a reality show that hypes basic conflicts into explosive situations. I was hoping this show would highlight these couples winning experiences ( as families, friends, & successful business owner) more than the dramatic moments. Unfortunately, this recent episode shows the direction Carlos King has chosen to hype is the ridiculous drama🤦🏾‍♀️. What if Marsu didn’t post that picture on social media? What is Maurice didn’t lie on camera about not being around Martell & Coleslaw, Kimmi didn’t want to talk about the perception of her relationship with Maurice based on that picture. Again, all of them signed up to be on the reality show. Kimmie knew Tisha wasn’t invited to this party before attending the show… Kimmie could have chose not to attend. I am interested in your perspective of intention in relationship to actions? If someone’s action is fueled by positive intention as opposed to someone’s actions being fueled by negative intentions. Example: Tisha attended the event intending to fight, dressed to fight, vs. Kimmie intention to have a party fueled with the positive intention to have friends resolve issues. You will never please everyone and you will make yourself crazy trying to make moves attempting to please everyone.

Melody invited people she has relationships with which would excluded Tisha and Destiny. Going forward, my hope is that Melody will not go to any parties or events hosted by Kimmi to ensure she does not put herself in a contentious situation with the likelihood of Tisha or Destiny being in attendance. I get what you're saying. We do have free will to do whatever it is we want to do, but we will also have to live with the consequences of our actions. A mature-minded person wouldn't do things they know, would cause harm to themselves or others. I don't think Mel was trying to hurt Tisha, I don't even think she was trying to clear her name. Though she was free to invite whomever she wanted to her house for a gathering, she could have shut the talk about the Scott's marriage down instead of asking questions. Then, the only thing Kimmi could have said was that a question was asked, but Mel shut it down. And since she wasn't bringing the energy vampires into the new year, she also shouldn't participate in conversations about them which would suck her energy as well. I don't blame her for feeling the way she feels about certain ppl/situations, or for trying to, in some instances, clear her name. But from a biblical viewpoint, we aren't supposed to let our good be evil spoken of. Since KeKe is Tisha's cousin and wasn't in the forefront of any of Mel's other events, I can see how folks would say Mel was being messy by having her there. I liked LAMH because it wasn't AS messy as it has become. On some of those other reality shows, we have seen the behavior of people cause them to lose out on opportunities to work with someone who would have helped their career go to another level. I don't think Mel will lose any opportunities, but I do believe if the direction of the show stays as-is, maybe she should consider removing herself from the drama.

Based on Martell live Sunday, he was missing Mel, the compliments of her being a great cook, they were a team, she made all the sides, & he did the grilling. Wished his kidzis mother a happy mother's day (not mothers) then said someone taught him how to season food, his young kid cousins, said aunt Mel, he looks in the camera, smiles with a smirk and said mother. Mel had the kids for mother's day.. Martell will probably have the kids for father's day She talked about Martell's mother on a live a couple days before mother's day. After watching Melody on Carlos King’s show last night, my answer to your question in the thumbnail is ‘yes’. For the second time, she chose to publicly reveal her monetary donations to Destiny, which, IMO, is not a classy move. Her mother may have to be a little more proactive in advising her. I will continue to support her by purchasing her products primarily because she has 4 children to care for, but I hope she gets out of this stage soon.
