Hopefully Stormi will do better by getting orders out. She might have to outsource to an extra company to help with getting orders out in an appropriate time line. Also Stormi should not have said and showed what she sent out to the customer that she offered an apology. The resolution is to get the orders out on time and correct and stop showing everything on social media.

My exact thoughts on the other customers both past and present who have not received their orders. Her attempt to rectify the situation was excessive. A public apology with extra products or a gift card for additional products would have been sufficient.
