LaMichael is great! Him, Kenjon, and Lache, fastest backfield in the nation. It's painful to see any Rose Bowl highlights, still painful to remember no show Masoli losing the game for his team.

@Kelspeed1972 i never like the "too little" argument, but it should be noted that barry sanders played at about 195-210 pounds. he was short, but his legs were like tree trunks and he could generate a lot of power from his lower body. i havent watched much of james so i dont know if the same could be said for him. he is very talented though and i wouldnt be surprised to see him go in the first 64 picks of the draft

@TheHawaiiKid glitches? must be your computer kid. i think all 3 of the main videos on youtube of LMJ are very quality. all have plays others didn't include. i'm personally a fan of the one-after-another videos with music but i like a lot of the plays madmike put up.

@Kelspeed1972 Hes only an inch taller than sanders. Sanders had acceleration and agility this kid could only dream about. Sanders had all that while being 200 pounds. This kid weighs 180 wet.

@UrGatorBaitFLA i saw UF's speed board when Harvin was there and they had something like 7 or 8 people in the 4.2-4.3 range while the official times showed far different. so USC isn't the only team to do that. as for Thomas..i see him starting. Kelly always says he wants a QB who can run. this offense won't work without one. Costa can run...but in the 4.6 range. Thomas showed huge promise against BSU and had a great spring. if he can learn the offense more, Oregon should have no problems

I can guarantee you they won't win one solely on running because that's not how you win ball games. You have to have a balanced offense. And in the spread which is what Oregon runs. You throw and run......which they can obviously do both of very well. I can't wait for Oregon to play LSU opening game next year, you can bet ill be there, because I want people to start realizing that Oregon can hang with SEC teams. I love LSU but I honestly I hope Oregon beats them.

And it's comments like yours @warchickenbaby that give the SEC fans a bad rep... and about Fairley, he'll get what's coming to him someday, I am a firm believer that Karma won't be his friend... GO DUCKS!

@eKriZZLe ypc isnt a great stat to use if you havent really carried the ball that much. it is a lot easier for a running back when they have a running qb for them. if all defenses had to do to stop the run is load the box like against bama, james wouldn't be having those numbers..
@eKriZZLe

@silverblade43 you're HILARIOUS. because you know Richardson and Ingram are tearing it up against those mediocre SEC teams...get a clue.

@TheMasterflash01 He is NOT better than every back in the SEC. He's just a piece of the Oregon offense that fits well. Watch guys like Knile Davis, Marcus Lattimore, Michael Dyer, and Trent Richardson go high in their draft class, while Lamichael James will be in the low 2nd to early 3rd rounds.

@warchickenbaby Fairley has what's coming to him. He's already not going to be a top 5 pick because of his character. Lucky if he makes top 10. He won't make it in the NFL. Great player, no doubt, but no character.

@rattly451 Oh? Well I remember Michael Dyer getting named Natty player of the game for his 100 yd performance---And i remember James got stopped for a safety and got less than 50 yds rushing, that same game-and all this video shows is crappy pac-10 defenses getting burned repeatedly by a SYSTEM rb. not an nfl-caliber RB (trent richardson, knile davis, Marcus Lattimore, Dyer, etc) who can be effective in any offense

I bet they will beat LSU because Oregon has 10x's better coaching. Chip Kelly is an amazing coach. If he left Oregon and went to coach at LSU they would a national championship the first year he was there. Les miles and Gary crowten are the worst coaches in the NCAA to me. The only reason they keep winning is because of the talent they have. If chip Kelly had LSU's personnel they would be an unstoppable force.

@madmike1951 James could never start in the SEC. Oregon needs to recruit larger men like Fairley next year or they will be busted the same way, SEC is the strongest conference and the ducks are just lucky Cam had an off game or it would have been ugly. Better luck next year little Ducks....

@eKriZZLe hmm, so you say mcleroy is great qb now huh. could of sworn you wouldnt say that in any other circumstance.the only thing failing is you argueing that a mediorcre duo in oregon is better than a duo considered by some the greatest of all time. why would you even argue for oregon here?? i know its being a fan, but no one in their right mind thinks oregon has a better duo than bama.they are not even 2nd, virginia tech takes that spot
@eKriZZLe

@silverblade43 all teams do is load the box against Oregon. it's FAR easier to run when you have a great QB and a guy like Julio Jones as a WR. sorry...you're failing.

Maybe we should just call our conf. THE INTIMIDATORS LOL Sorry you feel that way. WAR EAGLE

@mollkatles Yes because we live in the present, when did it become cool to live in the past all of a sudden?? haha one hit wonder huh? thats what people like you were saying last year too..hmmmm wonder what the excuses will be after we win our 3rd straight conference title. look trojan, USC is nothing without Carroll and ultimately will go back to how you were in the 90's. it was a good run though too bad your coach likes money over USC lol
@Workin0nit
@Workin0nit 13 жыл бұрын
@mollkatles what was the excuse last year when we smoked USC when they were #5, and Cal when they were #6? was the pac-10 down in 2009 also? LOL. you cant even stay on subject here, all u can do is point to the rose bowls (and ZERO nat'l titles) USC won when the pac10 was TRASH! , there are finally other dominant teams and look what USC is - mediocre. sorry buddy, better luck next season.
@Workin0nit
@Workin0nit 13 жыл бұрын
@mollkatles hahaha youre funny... oregons program is such a joke, on the way to a 3rd pac10 title in a row and a nat'l title (which USC couldnt do this decade w/o cheating) LOL. get off your high horse and just be happy that other teams are representing the pac by stepping up.. idk what your definition of a down year is but our conf. is sending TWO teams to BCS bowls.. last time this happened was 8 years ago..

@eKriZZLe ingram is just as good as juking, dont laugh just watch him.he broke earl thomas's ankles and set him into the stands. (has 2 picks this year) ingram is better at breaking tackles,cuts,spin move,trucking,vision, better blocker. he has what you need to be elite at every level. i hope you didnt look up richardson speed. he said himself he runs a 4.3. not completely reliable, i know. but we will know when he goes to the draft. he outruns safety's and corners when they are ahead so no 4.5
@eKriZZLe
@eKriZZLe 14 жыл бұрын
@silverblade43 not in juking, not in elusiveness, not in pretty much everything. Ingram has size on LMJ. that's it. despite his size, LMJ has nearly unlimited power as well. impossible for one guy to bring him down. and Trent Richardson runs in 4.55 range. check your facts. Jonathan Stewart from Oregon was 5'11 235lbs, was far faster and was stronger than Richardson and Ingram and people are saying LMJ is a better back. never said Richardson was bad. just saying i've watched both. you haven't.
@eKriZZLe
@eKriZZLe 14 жыл бұрын
@silverblade43 no....the fact is LaMichael James leads the nation in rushing and is a leading Heisman candidate. when LMJ was suspended in the first game, Barner ran from 147 yards and 4 TD's with a 60 yard reception for a TD before being pulled midway through the 2nd quarter. he's also top 10 in punt returns. also...Oregon's won plenty of games because of rushing. Oregon's 3rd in the nation in rushing...Alabama's 37th. Ingram has 6.4 YPC, Richardson 6.6. LMJ 7.4 YPC Barner has 6.9. yup.
@riveroaks8
@riveroaks8 14 жыл бұрын
Silverblade. I'm from Louisiana. I've been an LSU fan my whole life which means I believe fully in the SEC. it's without a doubt the best conference, everyone knows it, even ESPN knows it and they stand by it. Anyways....I do agree that richardson and ingram are a ridiculous duo. BUT. That's being said, Dennis dixons senior year in 07 I started liking Oregon and I've kept up with them and I have to say that barber and James are probably just a's good as Richardson and Ingram. You have to think
@eKriZZLe
@eKriZZLe 14 жыл бұрын
@UrGatorBaitFLA oh i know all about Demps and Rainey...ridiculous speed..but from the outside Florida fans are a lot like USC fans. they're both in the same position...dominant college football teams. out of all the elite teams...UF and USC seems to have the best ratio of realistic fans to D-Bag uninformed fans. take a look at LSU, Alabama and Georgia. THAT'S unrealistic D-Bags for you. the fact a portion of UF fans can stay humble while winning and playing in the SEC shows a lot.

You watching this NYJ, keep a good eye on this man. Him and/or Chris Polk can be your next backs with theage of LT, Greene's injury problems and inconsistency, and Joe McKnight for being nothing more than a KR. LaMichael's speed and lateral movement is similar to that of LaDainian, but his balance and surprising strength for someone of his size is something all his own.
@eKriZZLe
@eKriZZLe 14 жыл бұрын
@silverblade43 all i can go on is what i watch. i've seen Richardson numerous times. the only thing i see from the SEC is poor tackling. LaMichael James is a far better back than Ingram. advantage Oregon. tune in Thursday,,,you could probably watch Oregon for the first time and see what a lot of people around the nation are saying.

@UrGatorBaitFLA Actually, I'm expecting Darron Thomas to start. He'll be a redshirt Sophomore and he has a lot more talent. Did you happen to see the Oregon spring game on ESPN 2? He started off rough, but picked it up later. He had a sweet touchdown pass on a flea flicker play. He's 6-3, looks like Dennis Dixon, and is very fast. He also has a very strong arm.

I'm an Auburn fan but I have to admit, this boy's got some serious talent. I laughed several times during this video at how he managed to slip out of the other teams' grip. Kind of reminds me of Cam Newton. :) I look forward to watching the BCS National Championship and good luck to Oregon. WAR EAGLE.

@eKriZZLe fact is, oregon wont win a game just off running like bama did in a big game, let alone a national title game. no one thinks oregons backfield is comparable to bama's but oregon fans. because they are not as good.. its like me saying alabama has a better d than the pittsburgh steelers...
