they quote revelations and even say it's in red letters. however, is it really Jesus? The author of Revs claimed he saw Jesus and then says Jesus said ABCDE The funny thing is Jesus warned his not to believe those who will claim to see Jesus and speak on Jesus' behalf. A lot of the NT arguably is written by such folks. If I am in a room and i say ABCDE, that is when people can say they heard me say ABCDE. The vision in Revelations isn't Jesus. That's a huge difference. Now let's pretend for arguments sake that the vision is really Jesus, now if my geography is correct, one of the churches that Jesus speaks highly of, is the place they wanted to whoop and kill Paul. That is the funny part. Now let's loot at alpha and omega argument. There is a reason , muslis say you can never look at a translation. In reality Jesus never said alpha or omega. If he did, he would have said alept Tav. The first and last alphabets of the language. now if you had no clue, you would be correct to assume this was only related to time. beginning and end. however, it is an abbreviation of aleph meme tav. those are considered to first middle and last alphabets in hebrew. when written together , it spells a word. amt pronounced amit. it means truth. so if someone said i am the first and the last, it wasn't that he was claiming to be god, he was claiming to speak the truth. instead of saying i am the first middle and the last.....it was shortened.
