Lammā Badā Minka al-Qabūl - When Your Approval Manifested

Qasidah written by the great Gnostic Imām, the Pivotal Axis of the Knowers of Allah, the Teacher of Teachers, al-Ghawth Shu'ayb Abu Madyan al-Tilimsāni رضي الله عنه (509AH - 594AH).
Al-Imām al-Ustāḍh al-A'ḍham al-Faqīh al-Muqaddam Muhammad bin 'Ali Bā 'Alawi رضي الله عنه, the greatest pole of the Bā 'Alawi order, was granted the cloak of spiritual investiture from the Sultan of the Saints, Shaykh 'Abd al-Qādir al-Jaylāni رضي الله عنه, which had been entrusted to Shaykh Abu Madyan al-Ghawth who sent it to al-Faqīh al-Muqaddam through his envoy to Tarīm and therefore Shaykh Abu Madyan is a significantly important figure in one of the chains of transmission of the Bā 'Alawi masters.
