I gotta fucking let it out somewhere that have been absolutely OBSESSED for Lamp ever since I found out about them (not long ago). They have become my most listened artists in Spotify already lol, I binged through all of their work... and repeated a few times. As a Brazilian I can really feel where their references in our MPB and Bossa Nova come from and it's such a cozy feeling. They genuinely get me through depression at this point, not because they cheer me up, but because they make me feel. Especially when listening to Yume, there is this feeling that everything can be in its place. Coziness and the smallest bits of happiness can be found in whatever situation you are, and the only point of our existence is being able to feel. Sora Wa Gray is a great example of that, even before I read the lyrics I knew exactly what they meant. They create that beautiful feeling where yes, the sky is gray, you miss her, you miss spring and you miss some color in life, but by describing small details of the scene and adding so much texture to the song, alongside the alternation between two sweet voices, they create an environment where you're able to see the beauty in the loneliness, in the cold, in the rain and even in the fact that you miss the sun.

As soon as his lips opened to speak the sun stopped hiding from behind the clouds, glossing over his eyes making them intoxicating. He handed me a rose gently waiting for me to grasp it.
