What would be good pressure setting for me to start with?

I use more pressure thank I should.... shhhh! But to start, try 5-10psi on propane and 10-15psi on oxygen! Then learn your flame...like play around with it on and get used to the valves. Small flame, medium flame, reduction flame.... see how your glass likes it! Xoxoxo R👍🏽
