I- I have no words. This was hauntingly beautiful and absolutely perfect. Every cut, scene, and that final audio overlay of “A-Yuan” captured the essence of Sizhui, those that love him, and the novel as a whole. Thank you for bringing one of my favorite songs to light for one of my favorite characters in this magnificent way. You truly are one of the most talented out there.

Ok so somehow I didn't see this when it was first uploaded? AND I'M SO MAD AT MYSELF BECAUSE I'VE BEEN MISSING OUT- once upon a december is such an underrated song, and it was one of my favorites as a kid. You perfectly captured its haunting edge, especially with the transition at 0:50, which went extremely well with the change in music. You've done our baby sizhui proud :)
