Yeah there are several spots where it dumps you out onto the road.

Cold Weather does affect Battery capacity.. Having a Second Battery is a good idea.. 2nd half of Trail was definitely Better.. No Ice Cream today 😂🤣🍦

Testing new camera equipment in this cold Ohio weather is always dicey. I run my Gopro off a battery bank that's in my front handlebar bag. Also very cool to explore trails right in your back yard. Worth a revisit come next spring. I am from Toledo and I am forcing myself to ride in the cold soon!

Lots of good riding in western Ohio. Haven’t explored much out that way. Need to fix that.

I enjoyed watching this . I wondered if it was trail I had ridden. I don't think so . I passed through Lancaster in October while making what turned out to be a challenging ride, also cold and overnight from Columbus to Nelsonville where I joined a group ride from Nelsonville to Athens. The trail you rode looked similar, I guess Lancaster style , nice but a little narrower than Columbus Greenway Trails like the Alum Creek and some of those short concrete arch shaped bridges over tiny creeks. It was somewhat dark when I went through there. Park I passed through was Hunter Park rather than Miller and Google Maps just calls the one I was on Lancaster Bike Trail. It was the only trail along my route after departing the Blacklick Creek Trail in Columbus, until I got to Nelsonville for our group ride on the Adena Hockhocking. Even though October, it was cold then, one of Lancaster's downtown banks was displaying 31°, my Wahoo Elemnt said 34° while in Lancaster and dropped to 32° in the Logan area. Of course it was a cold time of day. My Lancaster trail travel time was in the 4:30 am to 5:00 am period and I was coming out of Logan around 7:15 am which tends to be one of the coldests times of day. The parts of your video where you are riding along a river reminded me a bit of the Adena Hockhocking but that trail is a tad wider like our Columbus Greenway trails and most of the OTET.

Glad you liked it. Kudos to you for riding in temperatures that low. I do all right in the 40s but below that gets too cold for me. I really like the Blacklick trail. I need to do more exploring in Columbus.
