Grew up in Lancaster Pa ironically I moved 2 years ago to myrtle beach 🏖️. Lancaster used to be so lame to me but now at 36 I miss home so much. They have made Lancaster really cool

I live about 30mins outside of Philadelphia, and Lancaster is just Amish Country to us because Amish people live out there. I highly recommend checking out Shady Maple, it’s a smorgasbord/buffet place that lets you eat free on your birthday, with proof of when your birthday is Edit: The Cartoon Network Hotel is out there too

Shady Maple is a sight to behold for sure! Isn’t Pennsylvania magical? How you can be in the city eating cheesesteaks one minute and then the country the next? Lancaster city has a lot to offer - you should definitely visit soon! We get to Philly often and love it there! 💕

This place has high crime. Watch out for NY transplants and wild hipsters. Also it would be good to learn spanish as it has a large Puerto Rican population and being bilingual comes in handy. Few.nice spots but many dangerous areas.

Well it does have one of the higher populations in PA but it isn't as near as bad a York Pa which has even more crime

@@cnr6142 Population size of the city not the county verse crime it is high. Some guy just cut the head of his of Dad off and stored it in the freezer. Dark elements here and alot of practictioners of santeria. Reason it has police camers everywere

@@3941602 Yeah they forgot to film all the homeless drug users by the Wells Fargo downtown in the tents and true story I lived next to the house where the murder happened it was a Spanish family son went crazy and chopped the dad's head off. The apartment on Saint Joseph street where it happened is where I lived right next door same building. Normally don't believe in the paranormal but that place was definitely dark very dark energy in that building I hated it. Glad I moved out.

I get it. I love that there's something for everyone there (including picky kid eaters) and I could truly eat the tots and drink those shakes all day if left to my own devices.
