Those large boxes up in the air are for bats. When they renovated the Church around the corner, it was full of bats. Bats are federally protected. The only was they could displace them was to erect houses for them to relocate too. Best feces and urine is very harmful to humans. That’s where the term “ Bat S**t crazy” or cave fever comes from. Now they are behind city hall.
