I have high respect for those who are members of the choir but I don't really understand why they made to place choirs in every performance of this round. We could have heard the performance clearly if there's no background singers. Musical accompaniment could have been enough for this round.

Setting the background choir aside, I think Lance's performance was the best one that night. The song is easy to the ears, one you could easily familiarize yourself with and Lance's voice made the song even more beautiful. Win or lose, Lance already has a place in the music industry.

Lance's one of my favorite idol hopefuls after the Solo Rounds, he has one of the best technical voice. Pero nung parang bumababa yung overall percentage niya every week, sobrang hinati ko yung sims na gamit ko for Zephanie (sims i prepared for PBB Ashley) para lang makapasok siya sa Final 5 because he really deserved it. When it comes to technicality, Lance - Zeph and Lucas has it and im glad pumasok siya sa Top 5 then Top 3. You did well, Lance.

The song fit him and his style. A lot better than his first performance. Not such a great hook for the song pero masasabayan din naman. He just enjoyed this song which I liked seeing in him. He sounds so much like Ogie Alcasid in his higher range. Great journey Lance. I think you'll have more success than your previous competition so congrats pa din!

Yeah. The song sounds like it was composed by some acoustic composer lang. Hindi pang contest eh. Parang stock song lang ito ni J. Antiporda. Dapat parang nagbubuild up yung song at may birit din. Kahit yung winning songs ng Idol US eh ganun ang formula eh. Agree. He eerily sounds like Ogie. Hope he doesn't sing that way always. I find Ogie's voice annoying eh.
