Daniel Gregson it did all come back in time. i cant consistently land tre flips anymore but many people have told me my feet are too big for my deck though (american size 11.5 on a 7.75 board)

I grabbed an 8 to start with, I have a size 10 shoe and my second deck being an 8.25 feels so much more comfortable I'm seriously glad I moved up because the extra board underfoot has really helped boost my confidence and I just feel all around much more stable when doing anything from cruising to flip tricks. I stopped for too long and too young so I'm pretty much starting from scratch, but it's definitely not any more difficult to flip the bigger board. If anything it's easier because I don't hesitate to commit as much. The extra weight and girth hits the sweet spot for me (that's what she said). Foot placement doesn't seem to need to be as dead on, but that could be in my head. Overall, I highly recommend trying a wider setup with some lower trucks (Thunder or even Mini-Logo's are nice and low) and smaller, softer (~52mm ~90-92a) wheels, at least an 8" deck. Enjoi Cosmos 8", Indy Reynolds Hollow 139's, Spitfire Formula Four 99a 56mm wheels and it's a great setup but I'll probably end up selling it or giving it away because I'm always reaching for the bigger board. You're probably all set though, congrats on getting back in to it! Stay on it!
