Part 29: • Lance "Un" Rivera: Mas...
Part 1: • Biggie's Business Part...
--------
In this clip, Lance "Un" Rivera, looks back on Junior M.A.F.I.A.'s career in the music industry, immediately following Biggie's death. The music producer/film director explains why the group chose to leave him in lieu of signing with P. Diddy. As the conversation unfolds, Lance details Biggie's rollout plan for Junior M.A.F.I.A. and Lil Kim's solo career, before he passed. From there, he explains why he signed off of Lil Kim getting her own record label and executive producer credit for Lil Cease's debut LP.

These were all BIG's friends from Fulton Street who he put on. Chico Del Vec said that BIG did all of the work for most of the Junior M.A.F.I.A. members, spoon feeding them to the point that they didn't even have to swallow. When BIG was murdered it was like JM was orphaned.

@@MichaelBrown-ti1un That's how it is with my family, and we're BIG! My thing is, I haven't lived in my hometown in 26 years and during that time I've lost at least 30 plus family members and around 45 friends and classmates, my father asked me to move back right before he passed away 😭 Now a few of the family have asked me the same thing, but I'm torn, I'm out here living my life but i miss my family, it's tough, and I'm seeing my family drift apart because the deaths have struck everybody, I've lost both of my parents since I've been moving around the country, two of my female cousins just lost their mom and dad within months, my cousin who I grew up with like my brother, just lost both of his parents, my sister father passed away April 26 2023, and all 5 of us are in our late 40s, sorry to run on but you post touched me brother and i had to testify, thanks ✌🏾

Years ago on the Chronicles Of Junior MAFIA dvd, Cease said that after Biggie's funeral they didn't see Un anymore. They said he was out of sight out of mind. Later on in the year they started getting all these charges for Un's services so business wise I could see why they cut ties with Un.

She was already signed to Atlantic. Plus, Biggie was getting jerked at Bad Boy like everybody else. There's a reason he didn't sign his artists under Puffy's label, because the money was kinda funny, if u know what I mean.

Let's call it like it is..... The Notorious BIG artists were done when he died. Just like the Outlaws were done when Tupac died... Is simple as that... When Lionel Richie left the Commodores, it was a wrap.... The Jacksons don't exist without Michael...some things are just a wrap

It’s no brainer that after Biggie died so did Junior Mafia just like Pac and Da Outlawz, Big Pun and Terror Squad. But with TS it was a sad case cause Cuban and Fat Joe had beef for 20 something years. And it seems like nobody from OG Terror Squad backed him up about Fat Joe. And Fat Joe everybody look at as a legend but don’t know that Cuban, Seis and spun help sharpen his Pen 🖊💯
