I now have all three bottles in my collection. I absolutely love the original, I just repurchased a bottle because I used up the 1st. Its so beautiful and soft, very fresh, floral, but not overwhelming. I would wear this as my daily perfume.. I then bought idole intense and its much deeper to me, more woody, perfect for fall/winter for me. Now I just got aura, and I absolutely love this for summer! It's very light, almost exact dupe of vanilla vibes! Nice sweet beachy perfume.

this summer I got Idole and Aura samples. Aura just made me fall in love with it. I used to use and love Olympea (OG) a while ago. I bought the big bottle of Aura 2 weeks ago. I love everything about it. I would like to try the Intense version, but I don't think that I would prefer it over other 2. As I don't like strong or sharp perfumes. I like La Vie Est Belle on others, but on myself I find it too sharp. Just as the Si Intense.

I agree they’re definitely aimed at a younger audience. I’m in my 40’s and remember Isabella being the race for years. Donna Karan had done the Shane thing with the Cashmere which my kids grandmother used 20 plus years so I always thought of that one as an older scent too but I’m guess I’m wrong 😂

I haven't purchased a Lancome fragrance for over 25 years. They seemed too mature, heady and strong. Being in the medical field you have to go with cleaner, fresher edt type scents. Idole Intense made me obsessed. I wasn't even looking but it drew me in. I didn't find original to different and I hated Auro immediately. It depends on what your looking to round out your collection. Great reviews as always by you!

I was at Ulta looking around and found this one as well as the Aura one. I sprayed Aura first and liked it but loved the original! I got the small bottle they sell. Like the tiny travel ones and will probably get a big one soon. Thx for review. I don't really smell flowers though. But maybe I am just bad at breaking down scents lol. I prefer sweet scents so I want to smell the Intense version. I didn't see it at Ulta though. I work within walking distance and will go back again tomorrow.

I recently returned Chanel Chance eau tendre. As much as I absolutely loved that perfume (it could have easily become my top favorite in my collection) but it literally faded after an hour. For the $138., it made no sense to keep her. Later that day, I sprayed the original Idole on my arm (I have the intense and it’s definitely my top favorite!!!) and my husband and I instantly loved it - just like the Chance, we didn’t need to wait for the dry down to decide. I ended up getting a gift set which included the largest size 3.4, the 2.5 bottle, the 3.4 fl oz body & hair mist, the 3.4 fl body lotion, a travel size, a sample, a dabber and the beautiful Lancome box for only $189. It was a steal!! For only $50. more, I got quality and quantity plus the scent lasted ALL day on my skin & clothes. If I had to describe the scent and which it falls under, I’d say it reminds me of the fresh, soapy, floral scent family like Chance eau tendre & Versace Bright Crystal. I can’t get enough of this perfume! She could totally be my signature scent and I’d rebuy over and over again!

Omg. This perfume. I chose it by random selection. Days went by and I started to wonder, how on earth this perfume just lasted and lasted on the jacket!!! I fell for it hard but didnt remember the name, rookie mistake. I honestly spent 2,5hours searching for it. The saleswomen helped but many gave in. "It was gold and high like a rectangle" didnt help them much lol But at the end... I found it... its so beautiful and so long lasting, its admirable !!

@@thekingoris7326 likely find a company that ships stuff from Amazon to Kenya. I am sure businesses like that exist.then can buy it on Amazon..and pay the middleman . Use a VPN maybe. But the reason I suggest the extra steps is because a lot of sellers from certain countries that specifically sell products, they will sell counterfeit products to make more money off of you. Or they will water down things like perfume. So, if you just find a company that's entire business is shipping things from the US to Kenya, then you can buy the product straight from Amazon or a beauty supplier. And have the middle man ship it since they make money off of the shipping, and not off of the product

I’m stuck on Aura it’s the best out of the three. It has the perfect notes. Actually, I’m on my second bottle now. The intense is a bit too powerful and the original is a plain Jane. Aura is just right! So out of the three Aura wins the prize. By the way; I adore your informative videos. They’re so cute just like you! Thank you so much for sharing hun!

I tried in store the idole og and the intense. After the dry down on my skin, idole og smelled like jasmine/synthetic peach and the intense had strong smell of rose and orange. I feel teens/20 year olds would like idole cause it’s light fruity smell whereas 30+ would have more appreciation for the rose and orange scent. Love both but for different occasions.

Hi Soki! Just out of curiosity since you said Aura might not be a good daytime scent with the vanilla, since fall and winter tend to bring out the heavier and/or gourmand type fragrances, what are some good daytime fall/winter scents that don’t have vanilla?

I personally disagree as it is really fresh and not heavy at all. It’s more of a skin scent to me so I wear it only in the summer or spring when it’s hot as it reminds me of the beach and marine air if it makes sense. I guess it depends on your skin

I recently tried idole from a near by store and felt amazing. So I bought a gift pack of idole perfume and perfumed cream.. after reaching home when I tried it, smell terrible and 100 percent not my kind of fragrance… too floral and gives us a cheap fragrance… it lasts forever. I lost my money😩😩😩
