This is amazing - thank you! I have been using Teint Miracle and LOVE it but was wondering if I should consider Teint Idole, could not clearly understand the difference until watching this video. Now I'm sold/convinced I'm going to stick with Teint Miracle, at least for everyday. Can't wait to watch more of your videos!!

Darla, would you recommend Lancome Teint Miracle foundation or the Renergie lift. I got a sample of each and I am not sure which to get for my 48 year young skin with wisdom forehead lines and mild rosacea. Only thing I see is that renergie lift stays tacky or dewy whereas the miracle seemed to dry down. Any advice would be welcome!

Hey Jenny, it really depends on the coverage. Renergie Lift is a fuller coverage (probably why you’re feeling that tacky feeling, and it is a very dewy finish. It’s pretty but may settle in areas you don’t want it to. Teint miracle is my absolute go to. Here is why, yes it does dry down a little more and that’s because it’s oil free but the hydration is amazing. I build it in the cheek area where I want more coverage and everywhere else a light sweep that way nothing settles 😉you get a fresh look that is natural yet flawless at the same time. To make it more dewy you can use a hydrating or illuminating primer and it’s perfect. Hope this helps.

Hi Darla Thank you so much for replying! I wore the Renergie lift today and used a little powder to "set" it down as I don't like that tacky feeling, and I have to say it looks really lovely and polished. You are right it did separate out a little in the two horizontal happy " influencer" lines along my forehead but didn't look bad and didn't separate out in the frown/reading lines I have (they are not very deep but I see them!). I wore the teint miracle two nights ago and felt it was drying on my forehead which is weird as I have normal skin. The finish was pretty too as you say but seemed a little drying. I will give it another whirl tomorrow after good moisturiser and see how that looks. Thank you again for the advice. Keep the videos coming! Primers are my bug bear. Perhaps a video on those. Have not found one I like. Make my forhead and frown lines worse as I think foundation settles more or separates in the lines when worn on top of primer. Thanks again!

In Teint Idole I can wear quite a few colors. Here I am wearing 250 when I have more color I jump to 340. The 250 has a warm undertone where the 340 is neutral. In Teint miracle it’s 260/ Bisque 1N

New sub. You did a great review. You look very comfortable with the camera. I do have a question though. You listed your color for the matte foundation. I don’t see a color for the Miracle foundation. I want to get both. I’m 270 W according to the Sephora website for the Tiente Idol Matte. They don’t have the Miracle option. I can get that one on HSN but they have different numbers for that formula 😐 what do you use? I may just go one shade deeper. I think that would work. I want the Miracle for everyday use, and the matte for dates and special occasions. Thank you!

Thanks so much! And thanks for subscribing🤗so teint miracle... it’s about a 8-10 wear. I think it’s a beautiful light weight foundation. Because of the finish I would recommend setting it down with a powder if you are concerned about pores/texture, or a blurring primer would do the trick. (Tarte’s Timeless Smoothing primer, just make sure to warm it up between your fingers and it fills so nicely)Remember the foundation is oil free so it does not accumulate on top of the skin.

Hi Darla! What do you think of the Lancôme Renergie foundation? I have tried it at Ulta and absolutely loved it. I’m wondering how different it is than the Miracle. I am 61 with dry skin so less is more for sure! I reserve full foundations for evening glam and love a natural complexion 90% of the time. Thanks for the informative video. I loved it!

Renergie is also a great foundation. So let me compare... Renergie -anti-aging with the Renergie technology of lifting and firming, not oil free, medium to full coverage, dewy finish. Teint Miracle- true to skin, weightless, hydrating, oil free, sheer to medium coverage, dewy finish. Both are good for dry skin but I think for you and the description you gave me of your skin I would do Renergie. You would get the best of both worlds. For your everyday, mix it with a little primer to sheer it a bit and when you want full glam you have that for sure straight out of the bottle.
