Hi John. I think EMSC is more correct. Seems. Much closer to a 5.0. Source is Volcano Discovery earthquake “reports”. Over 1600 reports & up to 130+km from epicenter - south to Tijuana, North to Highland, East to Rancho Mirage/& Palm Desert + Indio. Check it out. USGS did a big initial downgrade. Haha
