This has been very helpful. I'm about to move into a property as a servient tenament. My neighbour is the dominant tenament but they've fenced off 2/3 of my garden and have sole use when they should just have 'right to light and air' and 'right to structure ' (an external shed). This has given me some further understanding. Thanks.
