Hi dear! Thank you so much for this fast explanation! I bought a no-rust discovery 1993 200tdi but with some transmission problems (LT77 yeaaahh) and oil leaks in the front of the engine. lt 77 are the worst gearboxes. I always advise to swap for a r380 when there are problems.

thank you! I found a donor 200tdi. the owner says it has r380... but they look the same as lt77 underneath the car. Do you have any advise how fast can I determine the model lying under the car?@@heritagesteel1976

hi, depends how far and how deep you wnat to go. Ballpark is between 3 to 5 thousand euros
