One known problem is the air dryer can split between the two fittings and cause the suspension to raise slowly,

I hear the 4.4 V8 is better than the 4.0 V6 -- do you prefer the V6? If so, why?

Well, On The V8 Their Are Many Problems And The Fixing Price Is Expensive. So Every one used V6 Because is smooth and calm but v8 is fast but really rough and sounds bad. So That's why we choose the v6

I specifically went for the V8 because of lesser reported problems. The 4.4 Jaguar is bulletproof compared to the previous BMW 4.4. 320K and counting on mine. No issues. Way better fuel economy than my D2.

V8 is the way to go. V6 is not a good choice. V8 is smooth like butter.

did the same and found the front passenger side corner sagged after one day in extended mode. What would you do next?

Victor Ugenyi check for leaks around the front solenoid valve under the front right inner fender liner. Spray with soap solution and look for bubbles. If none are there check the airline that goes to the top of the air shock and do the same. If no leaks are there then likely your air strut has a leak, the rubber breaks down over time.
