Thank You for taking the time to make this video, Sir. I've got the 2402 error code also. I'm hoping to find a loose or damaged hose or something and get out of the repair for the labor and the cost of a couple hose clamps and maybe some sealant or a new bit of hose or something. Also, I just want to say that You have a Great Personality, your video was very well made. And lastly, it's good to see you have a lovely young family as the Aworld of the future will definitely need as many right-minded, intelligent people who are capable of solving problems as possible...👍

Those small hose clamps are easy to take off with plain medium pliers. The bumped out part just need to be squeezed (I'd say medium hard) and released and it will detach easily. Then, to put it back, you squeeze it again in place and it will clamp on. It's a little trickier to put it back but it will go and look like a new one. Even if you opt to change it, it's easier to take out with a pliers. Cheers!

That’s crazy, I’m from/in Sacramento. I had someone do my back brakes, 06 hse and disconnected the battery and then the evap code came on. I wonder if he hit something else to throw that code? Thanks for the vid. Made it seem super easy bro. Thanks again, I liked and subbed. 💯

If you are doing this repair on a land rover LR4, that evap unit is directly above the spare tire not inside the finder well.

I am reading quite high temperature of catalytic converter, which is like 930-950 Celcius (around 1700 F). I would compare if I am getting proper values. I tested on highway like 60-70 mph and city crusing. Highway was better but still 1660 F).

Yes but permanently. The code is stored in memory and you still will not pass smog with the code stored. Also, once you clear the code with a scan tool it will eventually come back on.
