Thanks again for helping with that property line adjustment! I walked the line with my old man, looked good!

@jacobehlers7644 Copy! Wish I would have used the 4wheeler on that job🤦 There's a pair of heatwave sunglasses somewhere down by the creek🤣

I live and surveyed out of south east texas, seeing how steep this IS INSANE

Now imagine using a power saw with a 32" bar on those hills cutting the timber down! It's thick, steep and gnarly on the coast!

Love these videos 🔥 looking into becoming a land surveyor. Is there a specialty you do? Cuz whatever you’re doing in these videos I want to be doing ‘round the clock. Looks amazing

@davidklatzko7111 Copy! We mostly do boundary surveying for timber companies before they log so it's a very specific niche. Most surveying is construction based these days but that's a great way to get your foot in the door and learn👍

I'm glad I surveyed in NJ, and FL, where it's flat..😲😆👍

do you guys always close your traverses or do you ever use any other methods of adjustment? seems like it would be a pain to have to close every one of these crazy traverses
@SteelheadJEDiАй бұрын
@lsara3699 only if we're setting pins like on this jobwe do. If it's just pin to pin for logging we don't. Thanks for watching👍

Man you get some incredible jobs. Most of what I do is construction an subdivisions. Within 30 minutes of the office.

I did construction for 6 years. Drove way too many hubs. I don't make much money but I wouldn't trade this job for anything👍
