Any one else have the problem when you get someone down and shoot them it doesn't kill them. I've had a situation when they were down and I had to shoot them 3 times before they died.

You know what I can't stand in this? Kids eating shots, guys teleporting and killing me(dedicated servers :/ ) shotgun randomness( shoot a guy from a mile away and down or headshot me) process and Escalation, kids NOT dying when I shoot them when they ARE DOWN, gay frags stun me from unbelievable ranges, Melee stunned for 50 light years, i have recorded a hundred clips of just complete bullshit. When's the next patch also? Lvl 100 reup is a waste also.
