Landing a 737 at Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Airport

I take the controls of a Boeing 737 at Macau and head across the South China Sea to Hong Kong.
Initially I am landing on Runway 31 at Kai Tak then take off to approach for the classic Hong Kong Checkerboard approach over Cheung Chau then IGS approach to 13.
