This airport is the biggest joke I have ever seen. It's supposed to be a big international airport and yet to fly from England to Panglao you have to fly to Manila and then get a local flight to Panglao. Maybe international means something different in the Philippines than it does to the rest of the world. Does this mean that the "international" airport there building at Cebu is going to be nothing more than a glorified local airport too? Someone needs to explain to the Filipinos the meaning of international. Flying to Manila then on costs you roughly £200 more. Bunch of con artists.

Main problem about this airport is there runway number they copied the same number as bacolod silay international airport.

Airports can share runway numbers for example: Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Godofredo P. Ramos Airport, and Legaspi Airport all have their Runway as 06/24. It depends on the compass direction the runway faces :)
