THE 1990S AND SKATE CULTURE
Inspired by the golden age of street skating - the 1990s - Session: Skate Sim lets you experience true skateboarding and its culture: no scoring system; just you, your spot and your imagination! There's no need for judges to tell you that your noseslide or varial heelflip are perfect for this spot. And because certain locations are iconic, the developers have added several of them to the game for you to skate in and express your creativity, including Black Hubbas (New York City), Brooklyn banks (New York City), FDR Park (Philadelphia) and many other spots.

Skating and pulling off the best lines in the best spots is one thing, but if no one is there to film it, it didn't really happen… In Session: Skate Sim, you can film with a 1990s filter or fisheye lens, and you can use the video editor to create your clips and share them. You can play with multiple options, including changing the field of view, time of day, filters, and different camera views (tripod, orbit, etc.). Session: Skate Sim also offers the chance to go from skater to filmmaker: pull off your moves then go into film mode to experience the action from the point of view of your camera operator and create the best clip.
CUSTOMIZATION
Show off your style with an extensive customization system for your skater and skateboard. By completing challenges, you earn money to spend in skate shops. You can find nearly 200 items (hoodies, shoes, caps, T-shirts, trousers, etc.) from top brands, such as Fallen, Zero, GrindKing, Thankyou, HIJINX Net, Antilanta, Roger Skate CO, No-Comply, iDabble and others. You can also customise your skateboard with over 250 parts, such as wheels, trucks and many other components from famous brands like, No-Comply, GindKing, Thankyou and many others. In addition to the design aspect, the components (trucks, riser pads, wheels…) impact the way you skate. Find the right ones for your style and shred the most iconic spots!

I'm 40 and man I miss how every public school was a open campus. We only had to hop fences to the preppy school when we wanted to skate their pretty ledges.

Cody Mac in smoke in mirrors is one of the heavyiest street parts in my opinion. Super heavy part. I remember the first time my dawg showed it me i was blown away

Tips on tre in this game? Every other trick is pretty easy but it seems like once the board starts rotating 360 degrees I catch them prematurely or it underflips

hmmm that sounds a bit odd. Are you catching by kicking your front foot down? I think that should make the late flips impossible

I always love your videos Mr Speeds, having grown up into Skating. I am looking for a clip or the entire skate vid from the early 2000's not sure who the skater was, but I think It might have been a Zero movie or an Es movie can't remember. it was the same time more or less when Ali Boulala Ollied that huge 25 stair. Anyway. the clip or video I am looking for is of a skater riding across the street ollying up a tiny pavement and seconds later backside 180'ing a huge stage with rails on it going down.. was one of the scariest yet exhilarating tricks I have ever seen. I know this is vary vague and not much info to go on with.. but if you or anyone can help me find it.. would be much appreciated coz its been stuck in my mind since 2020, when there was nothing else to do in Covid but stay home and entertain yourself haha. If you can't find it, its algood. Just keep up the good work with the content you make.

Oh man it doesn't ring a bell, but I'll keep an eye out for sure. I know Lindsay Robertson had a huge bs 180 down a double set in Dying to Live, but I dont think he ollied up the curb, but there is a curb you need to get up from before gapping the stair. Either way it's a great rewatch! Let me know if it might have been that one :)

Is it possible to do those tricks with your roll up from above on the over hang/roof rather than from the sidewalk/walkway? I mean this is Sessions where anything is possible. 👍
