Small tips for the back flip. Don't throw your head back keep it straight, throw your arms all the way up and send then straight to your knees for tucking and the most important one is to just straight up not back, the best way to do that is to think of being in a W shape before jumping into your back flip so your back won't go backwards. This will give you a lot more control and hight over your backflip.
