Hey... just because that meth cook killed his wife and kids there, and all they found was their ears- with him or their bodies to never be found - means nothing. I'm sure they're not haunting the place, I'm sure the kids won't find any skulls or anything. Plus! @@Erin-Thor well its all most Americans can afford now honestly. The top 1 percent hold more wealth than the bottom 90 percent. What is anyone under 30 supposed to do? Be renters forever I guess. The previous generations sold us out. Most of the property prices on landio are hundreds of thousands of dollars. Where does this money come from? Someone is paying it but are you aware of what the average american makes now verses the cost of living…

It would take a long weekend to clean the place up with a small tractor and a pick up truck..and sweat!. Lot of the "old junk" could be repurposed for animal shelters, fencing etc. I've remodeled a score of old trailers and for $5,000 I suspect that trailer would be a fine, low cost place to live. A homestead on a good road with less than $40,000 is an option than many people should consider.

This is not a quality piece of property and the junk would cost a lot to clean up. It is way over priced and I would bet you bought it for 1/3 of the asking price. Yah, I know how this game is played. Look out for the large tornado's out there too.
