There are lots of cool areas around the San Luis Valley. BUT, this property is on the high desert on the floor of the valley. Much of this was subdivided in the '70s when there were few subdivision regulations in CO. Many of these were sold cheap and had problems with accessibility to water and power. Also, the San Luis Valley can be very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. It can be a good place for the right person but be aware of both the positive and negative aspects.

I also tell people to do your research Don't just run them by land cuz it looks good to be true it may be not true so do your research on this land before you even bite or you before you go deposit I'm at food I trust nobody I would do to my research first..
