You shouldn't sell your own properties to buy trending properties. Your portfolio doesn't increase by 20% because theres a selling tax of 20%, if the trend was 40% it would've increased by 20%.

I know that. The reason I bought these properties is to refresh the portfolio and show people the location of these factories. Most trends higher than 20% are either 1 or 2 star properties and are rare to find. If I sit around for them doing nothing, I won't have the opportunity to explore other properties. This also helps viewers locate properties.
