I never understood that. How do people not know how to prioritize rent? What’s the point in paying electric, cell phone, cable, water bill, car payment, anything at all, if you don’t have a place to live for it. Food? Okay maybe. But depending on how long it’s going to be before I can afford food again I would go two or three days without food to pay rent. Or go to a food pantry.

I got diagnosed with Autism at age 3 so I qualify for Supplemental security income. I work now but only from late March to early November because my jobs are seasonal. I'm in the process of getting a college degree so I can work my dream job.

you cannot qualify for SSDI without working, she's likely getting SSI, which is welfare. Children can get benefits from their disabled parent or a dead parent. Your cousin might also get SSI if his parents have not worked enough to collect benefits.

this happened to my parents. the squatters only left after my parents made the situation unlivable for them (my parents couldn't afford to evict and the roommates had squatter's rights even though they never paid bit of rent). the squatters started pooping in our yard. it was awful.

Landlord has no clue about small claims court. Judge Judy was telling him he needed a real lawyer not a paralegal and to get a writ of eviction started in county court with a real lawyer. He thanked Judge Judy thinking she could do the eviction out of her jurisdiction. LOL!

It is very agravating to me to see people like this scammer. I am on Social Security retirement at 82 years old. I worked from 12 years old until I was 79. I had a small handyman business at 79 but it became to much for my health so I retired. It's simply not right that lazy scammers such as this woman are allowed to skim the system that was made for the elderly to retire on, and for people who are really disabled, which she is clearly not.
