其實不合租是好的。因為舍友也會是個問題，自己一個人住的話就不用擔心舍友邋遢，吵鬧這種問題，挺爽的～只要負擔得起，就一個人住吧。真的，人生苦短，為什麼要和別人合租

王曼妮净整些虚头巴脑的。住在离工作地方近的小的房子有什么不好。把生活简约化，房子就不会那么拥挤。把省下来的时间学习，有效社交，这难道不比天天堵车上下班好吗？

我们是租约超过一年,一年后是月继月的算,是可以隨时不租給租客的,租客搬走后,当然是隨时帶人看房

@@winnieli9332 我了解你是說一年的約到期後雙方就沒綁約了，可是租客還在住的時候應該沒義務幫房東讓人看房而被打擾生活吧？雖說各地民情不同但房東憑什麼理直氣壯？還有劇中女主角不敢得罪房東只好盡量配合也是原因之一

是啊，亂搞一通。是沒看過這種房東，通常都是租客搬走，房子清空後才開始帶客人看房。租客還在時就看房真的很不尊重。

By selling your rental home without notify the tenants, it would not happen in US. You could sell your rental property, but you could not move the tenants out as long as the tenants paid the rent. This story could have happened in China.

It actually happened to me personally end of last year, and I live in Boston, US (surprise! ) my landlord decided to sell his house and asked me to move out immediately despite the eviction moratorium placed during COVID in US. The funny part is that in the end, I moved out, bought my own property before the real estate went crazy, and it has appreciated a lot since then. Now I am considering sending him a thank you note. LOL
