Here in the States Under California law, the only lawful way to evict a tenant is to file a case in court. As a tenant, you have a right to remain in your home until a court orders you to move out

Kung makaka lipat na kayo dun sa bagong place, lipat na kayo, just a file a complaint and sue sa small claims court yang landlord na balasubas… ang angas rin eh, it doesnt matter if his property is worth 2 million… what matters is how humane he is in dealing with his tenants. Sometime in his life for sure he was a tenant first before becoming a landlord.

The landlord cannot enter your rental unit without your permission. My advice to you is go to the rental tribunal. Then you can start from there. Dati may inihabla ako na landlord kc nag increase sya ng rent twice in a year. From there you can start to know your rights. Kung post dated cheque yan binigay mo you can cancel it in your bank bka pwede. If they are making noise like that call the police.

Sana po magkaroon kayo ng side hustle. Try nyo po mag - aral ng crypto or forex trading po. Pag mamaster nyo po yun miski sa bahay nyo lang kikita ka po. Marami kaming students/alumni na taga Canada. Pero kung anuman po maging side hustle nyo po basta legal para po makalipat kayo sa sarili nyong bahay.
