Hi Sophie, Thanks for taking the time to ask. So far I have cooked Brisket of Beef Sandwiches, Grilled Sea Bass with Clementines and Fennel, Grilled Peaches. I have also made homemade Naan bread and cooked them on the pizza stone to serve with a Roasted Vegetable Curry and Smokey Chicken Masala. I like to broaden the dishes that people usually cook on a barbecue.
