O.I (1964) The provision of this rule is for the reservation of appointments for the schedule castes and tribes and the scope of article 16(4) was contemplated.. Iddat period- It is an islamic concept that refers to the period of waiting that follows the dissolution of a muslim marriage. The duration of iddat varies depending on the circumstances of divorce. The iddat period is three menstrual cycles if the husband is the one to file for divorce. The iddat period is three menstrual cycles or three lunar months, whichever is longer, if the wife is the one who files for divorce. In the case of death of a husband, the iddat period is four lunar months and ten days. H. W. 3- Lis pendens defines as a ' pending legal action'. It indicates that nothing should be modified during the course of a lawsuit. The doctrine's guiding concept is that the actual content of a lawsuit must not be shifted to a third party while it is pending. H.W.4- Sec. 497 declared unconstitutional in the case of Joseph Shine 🆚 U. O. I. 2018 Sabrimala temple case name- Indian Young Lawyers Association & ors. 🆚 State of Kerala & ors. 2018
