you are required to enroll as an advocate with the respective State Bar Council in order to be eligible to apply for the All India Bar Examination.

@@sachinsharma4662 galat jawab....I'm a lawyer and was testing people knowledge.. once you enroll in Bar council..you are eligible to practice any states of India.....Under the Act, Section 30 has been defined as - “Subject to provisions of this Act, every advocate whose name is entered in the State roll shall be entitled as of right to practice throughout the territories...All India Bar Examination (AIBE) had decided that right to practice law as the fundamental right

सर , सीनियर सिटीजन प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट पढ़ने सुनने में बहुत अच्छा है लेकिन एसडीएम कोर्ट में सिंपल एप्लिकेशन पर कार्रवाई नहीं करते और कोई वकील केस लेता नहीं क्योंकि सीनियर सिटीजन उनकी भारी फीस चुका नहीं पाते

@@AjayTiwari-gj2dr सर, मैं कोशिश कर चुकी हूं और एक्ट पढ़ने के बाद ही इस बारे में जानकारी मिली, यूपी में ऐसे केस कम हुए हैं लेकिन महाराष्ट्र और पंजाब हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट में बहुत केस डिसाइड हुए हैं

@@sadhanabhatnagar616 आप सीनियर सिटीजन एक्ट 2019 अमेंडमेंट में देखिए मिल जाएगा, जिस में साफ-साफ लिखा है की बुजुर्ग एप्लीकेशन दे सकता है या कोई एनजीओ एप्लीकेशन दे सकता है चाहे बाई पोस्ट एप्लीकेशन भेज सकते, वकील का होना जरूरी नहीं है,

@@AjayTiwari-gj2dr सर, मैं अपनी मां की तरफ से एप्लिकेशन लिख कर डी एम साहब से मिल चुकी हूं उन्होंने ही कहा कि मुझे एप्लिकेशन को किसी वकील से प्लेंट के रूप में लिखवाकर देनी चाहिए क्योंकि यहां ऐसा ट्रेंड चल रहा है सिंपल सी एप्लिकेशन पर ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता

Sir ji kuch bete and bahu ke rights bhi bta dijiye . Mere sasur mentality disable hai ghar mai choti nanad ki chalti SaaS bhi usi ki sounti h hai .Aur woh nhi chahati ki Hume koi bhi property mile.Jaha rhety hai waha se khali karane li dhamki deti hai . Aise mai humarey pass kya rights h plz suggest

लेकिन जरूरी नहीं कि बेटा बहू ही परेशान करते हों एक आग्याकारी इकलौता पुत्र अपने पेशेवर वकील बाप को कमा कमा कर पेट काटकर देता रहा। और उस बाप ने पुत्र की कमाई से पैतृक घर रेनोवेट कराकर अपने बहु बेटे से अलग होकर झूठे आरोप लगाकर सीनियर सिटिजेन एक्ट का फायदा उठाये तो उसका क्या?

सीनियर सिटीजन ट्रिब्यूनल में तो पहले से ही प्रोविजन है ट्रिब्यूनल को 90 से 180 दिन के बीच में जजमेंट देना होता है, और इसकी डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट में अपील नहीं होती है और इसकी अपील हाईकोर्ट में होती और हाई कोर्ट को भी 90 दिन के अंदर निपटारा करना होता है, अगर सीनियर सिटीजन की सेल्फ अर्न्ड प्रॉपर्टी है तो

Court should maintain ethical value. Father is also corrupt and dishonest.. Mostly senior citizens misusing their sr citizens act. So beware. 90 percent sr citizens cases are fabricated. Agar koi putra pita ko tang karta hai ye bahut bara paap hai But Agar koi pita apne putra ko tang karta hai torture karta hai ye mahapaap hai.

मेरे दोस्त मैं खुद परेशान हूं मैं अपने एडवोकेट पिता का इकलौता पुत्र हूं। वह मुझे और मेरे परिवार को आत्महत्या करने पर मजबूर कर रहा है। इस एक्ट को कुछ लालची लोग अपनी ऐय्याशी और रूतबा दिखाने के लिए गलत इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं।

Respected sir🙏 please help me . My father's real uncle unregistered will my father's name before he died 1978.uncle had adopted my father.The testator will die. Father's uncle wife challenged the will in SDM PCS 1st grade Colcattor court in 1979 over whether the will was invalid. In 1980, the court ruled in my father's favor. And they will get their uncle's property. However, the court asked the father to take care of the aunt. But Auntie Ji left home and started living with someone else. My father will die in 1986 and the property will be transferred to my name.At 35 years the property is in my name Now my father's aunt has reopened the same old case against me in civil court.My father's aunt also kept the old case hidden from the court. The will that lost the case of the Mutation testament claimed the same old case against me. The aunt did not mention the old case in her claim in court. My father's aunt is 90 years old now. I have all the old court orders and other documents. I have also taken a copy of the old case order which was applied for in the court and the testimony file at the time the case was heard.My lawyer is not answering. Nor is it telling the court whether the case has already taken place.Please suggest a solution.I do not have a will but there are court orders for that will. And I have a court case file that reflects the evidence at the time. But This whole issue was raised by a lawyer who wanted to grab my land. That lawyer used to practice in the court where my case was pending. That lawyer is the one who stood that old lady against us and is helping her
