Amendment 44 - Article 20 and 21 can't be suspended even during national emergency

44 th amendment act 1978 restricted the scope of article 359 in two ways .... First the president can not suspend the right to move the court for the enforcement of F.R guaranteed under 20 21 . Second. Only those laws which are related to emergency are protected from being challenged and not other laws

If the national emergency is regulated on the basis of external invade and war then article 19 automatically suspended but ya if this is on the basis of domestic violence with weapons then executive can't be suspend article 19.❤
