There's an error in the tab: bar 9., 0:16, should be frets 19. and 21. on B2 string. Also last three notes in bar 9. are two 1/16 and one 1/8 instead of eightnote triplet. Hope this helps someone! Cheers, great performance, great solo.

I've been trying to learn this solo for a good couple of months now and it's so much trickier than it sounds! I'm having to hybrid pick that first line leading into the solo coz I can't quite get up to speed with the string skipping, I'd absolutely kill to be able to play this as cleanly as you 🙌 maybe in a year or so I'll nail this!

Check out his Archetype Plini preset video. There's one of the 5:12am solos in there!

There's a channel named "Alan Cheung" who did a pretty in depth tutorial if you're still looking for one man. I managed to follow it pretty easily and got my own cover up of it pretty quickly

So weird seeing a multi scale with the parallel fret so high up. What’s the point of that?
@robdobble66723 жыл бұрын
It works the same, the principle still applies, but I bet it’s so that the higher frets are not much different from a straight scale 6, making for easier shredding
@burneraccounthandle3 жыл бұрын
@@robdobble6672 but why not just build a longer straight scale neck then? Is there an advantage? I know Jackson makes up to 29” straight scales
@robdobble66723 жыл бұрын
@@burneraccounthandle first, where can I buy one of the Jackson necks, and second so the higher strings have lower tension for easier bends
@burneraccounthandle3 жыл бұрын
@@robdobble6672 not sure the model but here’s where I first saw one, it’s actually a 29.5” - instagram.com/p/B9LOU4XHX5K/?igshid=q8mnodckbh51 I believe the other white Jackson he was showing is a 29”
