That was amazing! The way this came across to us is that Landon's consciousness is being downloaded onto clones for this entity to kill. His mind at first thinks he's having a series of nightmares. He's a clone and just woke up for the first time ever and is understandably groggy. But the human mind is known for identifying patterns, so eventually the first realization hits that he's in danger. This happens when he, yet again, touches the fridge. We see the memory in his mind that told him he was being hunted. Landon shocks and is now wide awake. It takes him a few tries because this is now the real-life version of defeating a boss in Dark Souls, but you're only your human self and not your character. All that's left is to run. We believe the entity feeds off of Landon's fear of the inevitability of death, and/or his flesh. The truth caused Landon to loose his "flavor" and the entity grew bored. To prevent a breach, they gave the entity a new victim, one where the truth would make him that much more exciting to play with.

I have a theory. I think Landon might be a special being himself. I know it may sound strange, but hear me out. He dies over and over again, and is "reset" each time. He eventually develops memories of all the times he was killed. His *only* power is to regenerate after an attack by the monster, and bring the knowledge of that death back when he revives. This could be useful to those who are trying to capture the monsters, as he could be the perfect bait. He could also learn the monsters' methods of attack and provide useful info to the monster hunters that way. Basically, fewer people will die if Landon is provided as bait to the monsters instead of waiting for normal people to be attacked. The monster that's stalking Landon throughout the video is obviously a monster the hunters have already captured. But they're using it to test the extent of Landon's abilities before they send him out into the field. Landon himself doesn't realize he's a test subject, however, because of his spotty post-deaths memory. And the number they placed on Landon's forehead is the regeneration number. He's died that many times to "feed" the monster. (Also, the reason I don't think he's a clone is because why would a clone remember something it never went through, and was probably in stasis for/wasn't created yet, when the previous deaths happened?)

Hmm, I just revisited this gem and noticed that the ending scene explained it all. This theory is actually wrong - you can see that the voice over the speaker says "Next feeding in 13 minutes," meaning the monster is being fed clones by the scientist - the clones being Landon. You can see on the walls videos of different wild animals that must be having the same treatment of being fed a clone. I can explain this in more depth but no need as this should already sum it up.

You can tell all the people who keep saying he's in a time loop haven't heard of the SCP Foundation bc if you have and you're familiar, you can easily pick up on what's going on due to the ending. Basically, this isn't Groundhog Day, this is Moon. Landon is a clone of the original Landon who is being used to feed this creature. Also like in Moon, he becomes self-aware of his fate and has a familiarity with what's happened in the past. This isn't a rip off of SCP though, as they aren't trying to contain the monster. If you pay attention to the paper the worker has at the end, it says "Feed Record"; this in addition to the intercom voice seem to imply this organization revolves solely around feeding these monsters- though I have no idea what the purpose is. It does make me think of Monsino, though, since they seem to revolve around a food theme as well, but I can't figure out how this would be beneficial to them. tl;dr there's no time loop involved, Landon is just a clone being used by some org to feed a monster over and over and he eventually catches on like in the movie Moon

This is an amazing video. The sound design was top notch, the music was spectacular. The story line was so clear and catchy even though there was no dialogue: you understand immediately what's happening and you do not feel confused, but rather curious to see how the story will play out. But I have to say that the best thing probably is the creature design, which is amazing. Without using a lot of make up nor noticeable CGI, y'all have created a spine chilling monster that is mysterious yet somewhat pleasing to look at. You absolutely nailed it with this one and keep up the fantastic work!

So here’s what we can see from the End. This has some serious cabin in the woods vibes, so we have two options. -These monsters are pre existing monsters that were captured by this government organization, similar to how they were captured in for Fight Night. -These monsters are made somehow, most likely creatures made from the Purple Fragments, or something made out of the purple fragments. These could be made to study how to counter these monsters, or just study how the fragments work. There are a few monsters we can see as well. These include the monster in going to be referring as the Hand Ghost (the main monster we see). A monster too the right in the water which can possibly be one of the creatures from Waters Edge, or a sea serpent type creature since it’s possible to see a long shadow move through the water. Too the left of the main container we see a forest, possibly a Mordeo creature, a type of Birch creature, or something new. Finally, Landon. The landings are most likely genetically made from a singular source. These Landons also seem to share memories through past events some how. It might take a while, but I feel that the landings could possibly coordinate how to escape by trial and error, and at that point it will basically become the end to cabin in the woods (or SCP Containment Breach vibes.)

I find a lot of horror movies that come out in theatres nowadays always play off the same used to death tropes and can get very boring. BUT, I've started watching this channel today and it feels like a breath of fresh air! These shorts (like this video), actually had my full attention and made me put down what I was working on. Nothing unnecessary was being dragged on, it had a clear focus on what it wanted to show viewers, and even tho it can be a more common trope, they didn't make it feel cookie cutter. I find that awesome! Y'all are doing great, and I'm definitely gonna keep watching more! Bravo!

So, are these people the same people who were a little too late on The Thing In The Apartment? Do they know about the Sunny Family Cult and their ability to create new monsters? Are all the other monsters in one-shot short films actually sets like this one made specifically to trap monsters in a loop like Mimic and Marco Polo? Is that why they only appear once and not in more short films because they've already been contained? Does this mean that the Birch, Stoneheart, Look-See, Soot, and the many other reoccurring monsters still out and active? So many questions to answer Crypt TV, we need them. Now.

Theory: This person had done something horrible in his life and is suffering the consequences by being in a non-stop death loop, but at the end we see someone else and this person has these numbers on his head, meaning that he was either actually dead, or may be stuck in a dream. But, the person we see at the end also sees the thing... Could it mean that the person IS in fact dead? And the monster takes control of a different "host" from then on? But hey, That's just a theory, A GAME THEORY-- Okay I'll see myself out.

What I got from this is that “Landon” is not a single person, more a string of clones of the same guy. The memories the last clone was getting meant that the cloning process had gone wrong at some point (clones becoming self aware and such) and they needed a new subject to clone for food, hence the bio-hazard guy at the end. I’m loving the SCP vibe though, especially when you consider other monsters that could be stored at a facility in a practical manner, such as Miss Annity!
