Are people crazy this is a true country artist. Beautiful voice, good western swing band, the fiddle player can make the fiddle sing. I live in Nashville and we have nothing like him. I grew up listening to Bob Wiils, Merle, Johnny Rodriguez, Gene Watson so happy to here some real country dance music.❤❤❤❤❤

That’s what’s wrong & that’s how it became trashville! It’s a shame to see Nashville going down the tubes like that, I try my best to listen to Ray Benson’s show on XM 59 where the cowboys met the Aliens. Then sometimes I cain’t get over to change the dial fast enough and it’s unbelievable the junk they play on there and the the people they let on the Grand ol Uproar. I guess they wouldn’t let good artists like Landon, and Jake Penrod and Dale Watson just to name a few! Hell the ol driften Cowboy, and George Jones wouldn’t even be around if they were trying to get started these days, just to name a few! I’ve heard more good country music by catching tunes from Texas artists. Even ol XM 59 has their set tunes that they play over and over, it’s Nothing Like it was when it’s was Hanks place and Charlie Monk was running the show!!! Now there’s some loud mouth broad the suffers from diarrhea of the mouth on there always whining about her problems and she tells about all the stupid mistakes she makes. If I was Willie’s daughter I wouldn’t want to embarrass myself like that! She finally got around to playing Before U Go by Buck and Don, and she couldn’t shut up about what a fantastic song it is, and it is! All I could think about is if she would get her head out of her ass, she would realize there is a ton of really great times that are not played on XM 59 anymore but they were played on Hanks Place, hey wasn’t that where willies roadhouse came from??? If they gave me a shot at being the Dj on that station and didn’t give me a mandatory play list, I would put that station on top, I’ve got a lot of those tunes they used to play on Hank’s Place and U wouldn’t even know who the DJ was because I wouldn’t rattle on about how my cat or chickens or dogs tore up my house and now I have all my furniture covered, I would announce the song and artist and that would B all U heard out of me. All of Willes audience would B saying can U believe how that one DJ has turned that station around? I don’t know who he is because he takes care of business and doesn’t flap his gums like all the other DJ’s do!

@@elsiebelle7479 I've discovered some west coast country from back in the 60's. Eddie Drake, Sonny Burns and others recorded some real country music that never were played on national radio. Worth a listen.
