we all smile hearing this song, we all like the story of it (overcoming difficulties, hardships, and living the present, living your own truth, owning your choices, not regreting the past, looking at the future in a positive way), but... can we just acknowledge one more time how beautiful he looks all through the video. (I know he's always gorgeous, believe me, I'm a Hobi biased army, but I love Ego's Hobi in a special way.)

Outro: Ego has such a special place in my heart... You know, the Brazilian army always had this connection with Hobi, we share a vibe haha, so when this MV dropped WE FREAKED OUT!! Seriously, the chorus of Ego legit sounds like a song that would play in carnival, and we even made this part a dance challenge on sns (or something like that, I don't remember). I think the song and MV it's just perfect for him, no one could do that, it's his thing.

Yess this mv makes me so happy everytime I watch it! (And you probably know already, but the “Ego” in this song is based on the theory of Carl Jung, so it’s not about the ego that we typically think of (being conceited and arrogant) but more the parts of ourselves that we fully accept as part of our own identity (as opposed to “persona” which is what we show to the world, and “shadow” which is the parts we keep hidden))

Yeah when people hear the word ego they think of it as a bad thing but that is actually having an over-inflated ego which results in arrogance, an under-inflated ego results in low self esteem. Having just the right amount of ego is what makes you mentally strong and healthy

No, It's wasn't Adora. She's actually from a Awesome African American Choir (sorry forgot the name) from Los Angeles who featured their voices on BTS "On" as well, as told on the On Documentary (which is a must see for everyone because of its truthfulness).
