I generated a landsat 9 map following you directions but when I zoom in the image gets very pixelated. Is there a method to increase the resolution?

Landsat had 30 m pixels. It's not high resolution. You can use the panchromatic band that 15 m to sharpen the image a little bit, but it's not going too look anything close to the google maps imagery you might be used to
