Absolutely spectacular, I've hiked so much of the Burren and it never ceases to amaze me. If you return, I'd highly recommend getting up to Turlough Hill and photographing the Bronze Age hut foundation and cairn.

Peter, stunning is the right word to use for this landscape. A great edit of the image with the tree really standing out against the dark hill and sky. Do you photographers not need to wear hard hats for health & safety😉 You are a soup and flask man like myself with another shake before pouring😊 You did ask for more rain and it got another stunning image with the rainbow. Always worth all the hard work👍👍

Thanks Gerry, don’t start me on the need for a hard hat, need to get that car boot fixed.

Great location that, looks difficult to photograph though, a place for many re-visits in differing conditions. As usual a great video and images, especially liked the drone/time lapse footage.

If you go up beside Fr. Ted's house to 'Gortlecka' you can find some amazing reflections of Mullaghmore in the lakes, there are some photogenic tree's and patterns in the rocks too. It's so vast, you wouldn't see half of it in a week.

Thanks for the tip, will definitely check it out in the coming weeks.

Wonderful landscape to be in. It's been a while since you've been there for one particular reason ..... I got back to the sea for the first time in over a year yesterday. I'm sure you'll be back on the west coast in short order. The Burran could take a week to photograph, but I'd buy a bigger umbrella :-)

😂 Definitely a bigger umbrella required. I hope your visit to the sea was chilled and enjoyable.
