First time viewer Steve (also subscribed) and enjoyed the vlog, the Panorama View is our favorite view in the whole of the UK, and to be able to park within a 10min walk AND a bench to sit on what more could you want ....

I love it Paul but I’ve done it to death so I’m giving it a miss for a year or two.

Hi Steve... great video and photography! Such beautiful scenery. Quick question.... what L-bracket are you using on your Olympus? I noticed you have it on the right side which frees up the remote cable on the left. Keep up the great work. Regards, Frank

Hi Frank. The bracket is a generic type like this one. www.amazon.co.uk/XCSOURCE%C2%AE-Universal-Release-Bracket-LF376/dp/B00L1YK1NA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1488020241&sr=8-2&keywords=camera+l+bracket Like you I found that it fouled the cable release when fitted on the left hand side so switched it to the right which meant hacksawing out a section so it cleared the strap lug. Works really well now and I couldn't imagine shooting without it.

I like the little flask Steve. May I ask where you bought it please.

It's called a Lifeventure thermal mug Nicola and can be found on Amazon for around £14. If you pre heat it the contents stay hot for at least 6 hours.

Nice stuff Steve, what camera do you use for your vlog and timelapses
@SteveONions6 жыл бұрын
Hi Jim. I use a mix of vlogging cameras, a GoPro Hero 4 Silver most of the time but also an iPhone7+ and a Panasonic G80. Time lapses are usually done with the Panasonic as there is a dedicated mode that makes it easy but o occasionally use the GoPro.

Hi Steve,once again,..just love your work!...What grad filter and holder brand do you use, and would it fit all lens situations?..ie pg lenses.
@SteveONions5 жыл бұрын
Hi Christopher. I’ve a mix of filter systems sadly, 67mm square, 85mm square and finally 100mm. I don’t spend much on filters, later Hitec are food as are most Cokin. Glass models would be nice but pricey. If I could start from scratch I’d settle on 100mm and buy some decent ones.

If only you had turned around at 6 min or so, you would have seen the light on the steps, it was beautiful. That's the problem with landscape photography, you need your head on a swivel stick.

It’s so easy to see once I look back at the video footage 😀
