looking at getting this. Likely going use the extra space in bag for a ground sheet and sleep pad.

A vent on the fly would be a nice edition

Yes that would be handy. I will be testing this on a trip soon so we will know how it goes.

Bag is big because is can be rolled down like a dry bag, or room for the inevitable tarp or just pack snacks and only carry tent instead of pack. Really cool imo.
@LandtoHouse3 жыл бұрын
The company just sent a message saying they had the bag smaller and lots of people had trouble getting the tent back in the bag. The extra room is not a problem. Good place for more items.

The bag is pretty big, although I will say when I rolled it back up I was able to get it pretty much in the same size configuration. I do like having the bigger bag because I'm also able to add a tarp in there. Either way it's a decent tent for the price.

My only concern when I bought this tent is the way that you put the pole into the little keys since the pressure on the inside may make it crack depending on how good a quality aluminum this is I have seen pictures where it has essentially busted through. So therefore I'm going to actually wrap the ends of the pole with a little bit of duct tape that will give it some compression that ends up reinforcing.

The double seams on the floor really kills it for me... I'll wait before purchasing to see how it holds up on your next trip if you do an upload

These are popular popular motorcycle and bicycletourer, along with the two Ozark Trail $30 tents. All around 3.5 lbs, similar size folded and open. Getting aluminum pole instead of fiberglass is worth some price. The big side door and proper awning full side fly door is the big winner. The two OT models are awkward to enter and exit...after that it's similar. If the fly doesn't leak this at $90 is better for many nights. If only two or five nights a year, the OT trail ones is cheaper than a dirty motel. For that application the best carry is to leave deflated pad, pillow and sleep cover in the tent. Roll the whole thing up into a single bedroll....strap it on the seat behind you. Camp setup and pack up then takes under 5 minutes, rain or dry.

Me gusta la carpa, un poco reducida, pregunta, tiene sistema de ventilación , ya que parase que condensa mucha humedad por la respiración.

Love your new studio, but the you have a lot of sound reflection that's ruining the quality of your audio. You might want to invest in a set of these to stick on the sound reflective surfaces in your studio: 48 Pack Acoustic Foam Panel Wedge Studio Soundproofing Wall Tiles

I actually got those foam just have not installed them yet. So many projects and so little time. But yes the echo is strong in there.

I bought the orange color from amazon, because it's cheaper, what is the difference between the two?
@LandtoHouse3 жыл бұрын
As far as I know its just the color. I noticed that the brown and green are $4 to $5 more than the orange.

I believe the green and tan colors have a different weatherproof rating than the orange color.
