For Solo queue, absolutely the role lock should be implemented. But in 5-man, I think you should still have the freedom to change roles just in case the team feels like it or they can do flex roles based on the hero. Just a little bit of freedom for 5-man squads.

You do have the freedom to change roles before starting the match tho Just... Idk... Talk to your team about which role you want? Not during picking but at least you have the liberty to strategize with your squad before tapping "Start".

What if in the middle of a picking, the enemy pick a very rare hero yet you knew will be effective unless you counterpick it BUT the one who knows that hero well isn't the lane it needs to be. Should have been common sense btw

System only notified me during the pciking phase that this isn't a roaming hero but never prevented me from using it. I wasn't penalized after the game either.

I started playing MLBB at the beginning of the month, coming from the global version of HOK. Not having lane selection felt really frustrating, especially as a new player with a limited hero pool. I'm glad this feature is being introduced (though I'm surprised it took so long, considering MLBB's head start over HOK).

I personally believe odette also need some adjustment or a buff in her skills why? 1. Her mana drain so fast cause her skills consume mana more than any other mages 2. she doesnt have enough slow effect skills 3. Her sheild in her ult is fucking useless specially that it can be cancelled by any cc heroes 4. The cooldown of her skills also is fucking long, after her ult being cancelled we need to wait a fucking 50 seconds and of course we will get easily killed cause she doesnt have any blink only immobalize 5. Her damage is just "meh" because she can countered by Athena sheild, Radiant armor, Flask of the oasis, Rose Gold meteor and of course the fucking vengeance. And yet enemies can escape her ult with ease. Ugh!!! I dont even know why other players dont see this

I think the feature should automatically choose 1 or 2 of the lanes for player based on the player's history. Then offers option to adjust, change lane, like HoK. Imagine the player only play want to play gold lane, but did not use lane matching system, got assign as roam then decide to pick Layla. The feature should also available for all rank, like HOK. even in casual mode. No need to limit it to Rank epic up. There's just no reason to set the limitation here. Some time people want to test, or train playing certain hero combination in classic mode. Even if it's classic, it don't want to play with 3mm or 2 jungles.

I FINALLY WON'T HAVE TO AUTOFILL JUNGLE WHEN I'M LAST PICK AND ALL MY TEAM CHOOSE SIDE AND ROAM 😭😭😭 (I can play all roles except jungle) Though I suggest they implement a priotity system on the chosen lanes. Like for example, I chose gold and mid. I want it to prioritize matchmaking me with mid. And the gold lane serves an secondary option. All in all, a 10/10 update. And the dyroth heal buff is chef's kiss for me who builds him with 40% cdr sustain

They should make it so u pick ur most preferred lane to ur least preferred lane. Because right now not many people want to play roam. Sothat way lets say u got ur wanted roles in the last 3/5 games after that game can put u in ur second preferred lane to shorten queue time and so u dont always get to play one lane only

This is the best for role but the matchmaking are still in favor of enemy always. Enemies are still better than ur teammates. Example: After the game check all the account of all players.. they all same rank in current season but the highest star of enemy is better than teammates. Teammates: Current rank MG highest rank is only MG Enemy: Current rank MG but the highest rank is Immortal It still unfair.. i try that! Moonton always manipulating players because of elo rating system..

They should copy some mechanics from wild rift ngl not 1by1 but Moonton should get some inspiration like the new ranked ban system f.e. About the role pick before match: It existed in wr since ever and it’s a really nice feature tbh so glad they‘re doing that. What I also wish for would be a updated ping system whomever you or your teammates are capable of passing info about enemies used skills/ultis or battle spells. This would also be a good feature , cause it would create some new possibilities.

I love and hate this at the same time since my lane picking and hero picking really depends on which hero the enemy picks. And depending on the enemy hero i might need to change lanes which my allies would hate unless i have a really good reason
