La bruquena is like family to my family. And the restaurant you went to la bomba is also really good. My dad’s friends with the owner (the guy serving you). My uncle Eddie used to own the sandwich spot (which I recommend) across from la bruquena but he sold it a few years back. I hope to run into you out there one day.

Natives to the neighborhood being priced out for rich people is not good. The cops could have been patrolling keeping it safe like they are now before the gentrification.
