For people wondering, the wind sound is happening because she’s speaking into the top of the mic, not the side of the mic where the actual sound receptors are! All she needs to do is tilt the microphone up a little so her mouth is perpendicular to the flat panels, not the top spherical part.

Sound receptors? Brother the entire thing is the sound receptor. It looks like a condenser mic, and that high end sharpness is indicative of this mic being either a ribbon or high pressure condenser microphone. It’s equal parts her fault and the natural qualities of the mic itself.
